Tokyo Dome bag check rules
Tokyo Dome conducts bag checks at every entrance gate. Knowing the rules in advance will save you time and prevent any unpleasant surprises at the door.
Items you CAN bring
Portable chargers / power banks
Yes, portable chargers are allowed. You'll want one β between photos, videos, and checking stats on your phone, your battery will drain fast during a 3-hour game.
Cameras
Standard digital cameras and smartphones are fine. However, flash photography is prohibited during play, and tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.
Small food items
Small snacks are generally permitted, though policies can vary by event. Stadium food inside Tokyo Dome is excellent, so you may not need to bring much.
Items you CANNOT bring
Cans and glass bottles
No cans or glass bottles of any kind. PET bottles (500ml or less) are usually allowed but check the latest rules on the official site.
Umbrellas (long type)
Full-size umbrellas may need to be stored. Folding umbrellas are fine. Tokyo Dome is indoors anyway, so you won't need one inside.
Dangerous items
Fireworks, laser pointers, large flag poles β all prohibited.
What to buy inside
Tokyo Dome has excellent concession stands. The famous "Dome Dog" hot dog is a must-try. Beer vendors walk through the stands β just wave one down.
