Getting to Japan's best football-specific stadium
Panasonic Stadium Suita (commonly called "Panasta") is one of the finest football-specific stadiums in Asia. Located in the Expo '70 Commemorative Park area, it's accessible from central Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe.
By train
From Osaka (Umeda/Namba)
Take the Osaka Monorail to Bampaku-kinen-koen Station (about 40 minutes from Umeda). Walk 15 minutes to the stadium. On match days, follow the crowd — you can't miss it.
From Kyoto
Take JR to Ibaraki Station, then bus or taxi to the stadium. Total journey about 50 minutes.
From Kobe
JR to Osaka, then Monorail. About 70 minutes total.
Match-day shuttle buses
Free or low-cost shuttle buses run from major stations on match days. Check the Gamba Osaka official site for the latest schedule.
Expo Park area
The stadium sits next to EXPOCITY, a massive shopping and entertainment complex with an IMAX theater, Nifrel aquarium, and plenty of restaurants. Arrive early and explore before kickoff.
How to buy tickets
Gamba Osaka tickets are available through the J-League ticket platform. The Osaka Derby (vs Cerezo Osaka) and ACL matches sell out quickly.
